This policy explains what data QR Code Desk collects and why.

Free generator

Static QR codes are generated in your browser. The content you type and the logo you upload are not sent to our servers.

Account and early-access data

If you join early access or create an account, we store your email address to run your account and contact you about the service. We do not sell your data.

Scan analytics

When someone scans a dynamic code, we record the time, approximate location (city and country, derived from the IP address, which we do not store), device type and referrer, to show the code owner aggregated statistics.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details.

Service providers

We host on Cloudflare and use Lemon Squeezy for billing. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
