How to make it
- Choose what the code opens: any link, your menu, your Wi-Fi, or your Google review link.
- Edit the headline and sub-line, add your business name, and pick your colors. Your logo can sit inside the code or above the headline.
- Print on US Letter paper (or choose Save as PDF in the print dialog), fold along the dashed line, and tape or glue the bottom edges so it stands. Scan it with a phone before printing the whole batch.
How the fold works
The template is a landscape Letter sheet with two identical faces. The top face is printed upside down on purpose: fold the sheet in half along the dashed line and both sides read the right way up. Card stock (65 to 110 lb) stands better than copy paper, and a laminating pouch keeps it clean through a week of spills.
Sizes on the tent
The code prints about 3 inches wide, which scans from across a table. The headline shrinks automatically if it's long, but a short one works best: "Scan for the menu" beats three lines of text.
Table tents that change
Menus, specials and Wi-Fi passwords change; printed tents don't. Put a dynamic code on the tent and you can re-point it from your account without reprinting, and see how many guests scanned at lunch versus dinner.
When to use a dynamic code
Use a dynamic code instead of a static one if the link might change. You print the sign once, and change where the code goes from your account at any time. You also see how many people scanned it, from which city and on which phone. Create the dynamic code first, then paste its short link into the sign maker above.

Is this table tent template free?

What paper size does it print on?
US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), landscape. Set the printer to actual size (100%, no scaling); the preview is already at true size. There are also a Letter portrait sign and a 4 x 6 in card.
Can I get it as a PDF?
Yes. Click Print and choose "Save as PDF" in the print dialog. Every modern browser offers it.
Can I edit it in Illustrator, Inkscape or Canva?
Download the SVG and open it in any vector editor. The text stays editable there, and Canva imports SVG files as well.
Will the QR code on the tent stop working?
