These terms govern your use of QR Code Desk (qrcodedesk.com). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

QR Code Desk lets you create static QR codes for free and, on paid plans, dynamic QR codes that redirect through our short links and record scan statistics.

Acceptable use

You may not use QR Code Desk to link to phishing, malware, scams, illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights, or to send spam. We check destinations against known-threat lists and may disable any code that violates these rules, without notice.

Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles billing, taxes and refunds under its own terms.

Our "codes never die" commitment

If you cancel or your payment lapses, dynamic codes you created keep redirecting to their last destination, unless a code violates the acceptable use rules or the service shuts down. If we ever shut down, we will give at least 90 days' notice so you can replace your codes.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service fast and reliable but provide it "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
