QR codes for real estate signs and flyers
Buyers drive by at night and on weekends. A code on the sign gets them photos, price and your contact before they drive off.

How to make it
- Pick what the code opens: the listing page, a photo tour, a floor plan or a showing request form.
- Paste the link below. For signs you reuse, create a dynamic code instead so you can change the listing later.
- Download the SVG and give it to your printer. Make the code large: 15 to 20 cm (6 to 8 in) for a yard sign read from the curb.
Reuse the same sign for the next listing
Yard signs, rider signs and window cards cost money to print. With a dynamic code, the same printed code can point to the next property after this one sells. Your scan stats show which signs and flyers actually bring in buyers.
Size and placement
A QR code needs roughly 1 cm of width for every 10 cm of scanning distance. Someone scanning from 2 m away needs a code about 20 cm wide. Place it at eye level on rider signs, and keep a plain white border around it.
When to use a dynamic code
Use a dynamic code instead of a static one if the link might change. You print the code once, and change where it goes from your account at any time. You also see how many people scanned it, from which city and on which phone.
3 dynamic codes free. No card needed. Sign in with Google or a link by email.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change where the QR code on my sign goes?
Yes, if it's a dynamic code. Change the destination in your QR Code Desk account and the printed sign follows the new link.
How big should a QR code be on a yard sign?
Plan about 1 cm of code width per 10 cm of scanning distance. For a sign read from the curb, 15 to 20 cm (6 to 8 in) is a safe size.
What happens to the codes on my signs if I stop paying?
They keep redirecting to their last destination. You can still see their stats; if you have more codes than the Free plan's 3, you can't change where they point until you upgrade again.
