QR code for Google reviews

Happy customers rarely search for your business to leave a review. A code on the counter, receipt or table takes them straight to the review form.

Static code: free forever, no watermark.

How to make it

  1. Open your Google Business Profile (search your business name on Google while signed in, or go to business.google.com).
  2. Click "Ask for reviews" (or "Get more reviews") and copy the review link it gives you.
  3. Paste the link below, add your logo, download, and print it where customers finish their visit.

Where to put a review QR code

Put it where the experience ends on a high note: the checkout counter, the receipt, the bill folder, the delivery bag, or a thank-you card in the box. Add a short ask, like "Enjoyed your visit? Leave us a review". Asking in person while pointing at the code works better than a code on its own.

Keep it within Google's rules

Ask every customer the same way. Google's review policies don't allow offering discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews, or asking only happy customers to review.

When to use a dynamic code

Use a dynamic code instead of a static one if the link might change. You print the code once, and change where it goes from your account at any time. You also see how many people scanned it, from which city and on which phone.
