Keep every color clearly darker than the background: the scannability meter warns about weak combinations and blocks ones phones can't read. Test a print with your own phone before printing many.

How to make it

  1. Create a free account (Google or email, no card), type a name for the code and click "Create a business card".
  2. Fill in your name, job title, company, phone numbers, email, website, address, a short bio and up to 6 profile links such as LinkedIn or Instagram, then save.
  3. Download the code with the "SAVE MY CONTACT" frame, put it on your business card, badge or email signature, and scan it once to check.

What people see when they scan

A mobile page with your initials, name, title and company, a Save contact button, and links to call, email, open your website or find your address on a map. Save contact downloads a standard contact file (vCard 3.0) with the details on the page: iPhones show it as a new contact card, and Android phones open it in the Contacts app. The page follows the phone's light or dark mode, or uses the colors you pick.

Digital card or vCard QR code?

A vCard QR code stores the contact inside the pattern: it works without an account, but the pattern gets dense, and a new phone number means a new code. A digital business card is a page behind a dynamic code: the printed code stays small and simple, you can change any detail later, and you see how many people scanned it. If your details never change, the free contact code generator below is enough.

What's not included

No photo or logo upload on the card page, no form that collects the scanner's details, and no company-wide card directory: it's one card per code, edited in your account. Each card uses one of your plan's dynamic codes (3 on Free, 100 on Pro, 1,000 on Business).

Need a code you can change after printing?

Dynamic codes point to a link you can edit any time and show scans by day, city and device. They open a website link, a PDF, or a simple page we host for you (a menu, a digital business card, a link page, an app download link or a coupon). How dynamic codes work.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change my details after printing?

Yes. Edit the card in your account and save. The next scan shows the new details, and the Save contact file follows them.

Does the person scanning need an app?

No. The phone's camera opens the page in the browser, and Save contact uses the phone's own contacts app.

Is my information public?

Yes. Like a paper business card, the page is public to anyone with the code or its link. Search engines are asked not to index it. Leave out anything you don't want to share.

Is it free?

The free plan includes 3 dynamic codes, and a business card uses one. Pro ($9/month) includes 100.
